I built a group of customers from the state of Texas and I sorted them by zip code. We work this list about once a year, but it is so large we don't usually get to every contact. When you activate the group, it begins with the lowest zip code so we always start there, which keeps us from working the higher zip codes at the end of the list as often as we work the front. So, in effect, I want to work it backwards and give the higher zip codes as much attention. I can re-sort in the preview box, but once I activate the group, it automatically sorts the zip codesin ascending order. Can I activate and sort by descending instead? How?
