I have a columnar report (version 7) with one group which sorts ascending on a date field (Access) and groups on that date field by quarter. I also selected Report/Sort to sort on the same field. The report sorts the dates okay within each group (quarter), but I can't seem to get the quarters to sort within the report. What am I missing??

How are the quarters sorted now, and how do you want them to be sorted? <br>
Sort options for groups (ascending, descending, original) can be set in Report¦Change Group Expert.<br>
Sort options for records can be set with Report¦Sort Records, but any group sorts always take precedence.<br>
