Does anyone know of a way to sort archive folders manually in MS Outlook instead of the default ascending method.

Example:
Building 19
Building 17
Building 2
Building 21

I'd like to be able to in a sense move folder positions so that these folders end up looking like this:
Building 2
Building 17
Building 19
Building 21

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No manual sort that I am aware of, but in your illustrated case, you could rename the Building 2 archive folder to Building 02 to achieve the desired results.
