How do I print only the columns I want and only the rows I want. I am viewing a database in Table View. I know next to nothing about Access. Thank You

A careful study of the Northwind Sample database is a good place to start. You should also try out the wizards that are available in Access.

You can use the wizard to pick the columns but you will need to create a query first to determine which rows you want.

1) Create Query using your table as datasource
2) use Wizard to create Report based on the query you just made.

Judging from your statement you are new to Access, good luck you should pick up an Access Basics book to explain the concepts. What you are trying to do you'll figure out in an hour or two of reading...
