sortheap parameter problem

Hi,
Need some help in sortheap configuration.
I am getting large amount of error as below:

Sortheap too large, trying smaller merge width.
0x0FFFFFFFFFFFAEC0 : 0x00000056

I can reduce the sortheap. Is there any other parameter(s) that I need to change [sortheapthres] along with this.
I think I need to increase sortheapthresh also.
Can anybody advice on this.
