How can I configure the Blackberry to access undelivered e-mails on an Exchange 2003 Server that are NOT in the generic "In Box" but instead have been auto-sorted upon arrival by client-created rules/filters? That is, there is no Blackberry Enterprise Server at this site - just the Exchange 2003 Server - and the client's Blackberry is successfully retrieving e-mails from it with their BB config set to webmail.<domain>.com but any messages that have been auto-sorted DO NOT succeed delivery-wise. The sub-folders of the Outlook In Box were created by the clients and so were the rules. This is a "Murphy's Law" experience because obviously the sorted messages are MORE IMPORTANT in terms of the need for immediate servicing. Any advice would be much appreciated ! THANK YOU
