Sort within Groups

Help, I am going mad!!!

I have a report that is grouped by Customer Services Manager
Within this group we then have The number of calls recieved for each product type, the amount of time spent talking about each product, the amount of time the customer spent on hold for each product etc etc.

I want it to sort by the Amount of time the customer spent on Hold, say, but it still keeps sorting by the number of calls

I only have the 1 group and I have tried repeatedly using the sorting and grouping dialog box, but to no avail!!

Any help would be appreciated

When you use the sorting and grouping dialog box, make sure that you have a header and/or footer set to YES. Then, if you really don't want a header, set the property for that header to Visable = NO : Deb Koplen
