sort table alphabetically in crystal 1

I was told there is a way to sort a table alphabetically in Crystal. Does anyone know how to do this?

Tables are not sorted, the data from them is...
Please explain what you are trying to accomplish and what database is involved.

If you mean you want the fields within the table sorted alphabetically when you view the table, go to file->options->database->check "Sort Tables Alphabetically". At least this is where it is in 8.0.

In Crystal 8.5, you should find [Sort Records] under the [Report] menu. The one limit is that groups come first, though there are some options for group sorting.
