Does anyone know how to set up the print server so that when users add a printer through the add printers icon and choose network printer, find a printer in the directory, the default view will show the printers in alphabetical order by printer name? I know they can hit "name" to sort, but I'd like alphabetical by printer name to be the default view.
Thanks, hope this proves to be an easy one for one of you gurus!

This is a good post. I tried looking around for an answer but didn't come up with anything. Guess this is a tough question if no one can come up with an answer. I know I tried figuring it out with no luck.
Can't wait to hear an answer.
