I'm going to be building a 28 page booklet that shouldn't be too tough. A bunch of typesetting and a little graphic work. Nothing special as far as I can tell.

My questions are this:
If I use ID CS is there anything I should know about it in reguards to making a book? Tips, that sort of thing?

Also, does anybody have any idea what sort of price I should charge for this? It will be fairly labor intensive and they want it in a week. I usually do websites so pricing is different for that. Any help would be apprecieated.
