MY
how to sort all my added value using formula ?
i want to sort these value in asc order:

{#TotalBlow}+{#TotalColor}+{#TotalCut}+{#TotalManicure}+{#TotalPerm}+{#TotalProduct}+{#TotalRecommendedBy}+{#TotalShampoo}+{#TotalStraightening}+{#TotalTreatment}

each of the totaled value is grouped by Employee name.. its like i want to see top employee which done the top sales.

You cannot use any formula that contains a running total for sorting. If you are able to use inserted summaries instead, you could then use a group sort. How are your running totals set up? What fields are you using in these running totals?

thanks and i've got my problems fixed, yes you're right... we can't use running total for sorting but instead... i use sub-total function to sum up the numbers and from there i could sort it by asc and desc... thanks for your info. Tech =)
