I'm trying to find a way to have our invoices with multiple pages to sort either at the beginning or the end so that they can be easily pulled out and not put through our fold and stuff mail machine. I would like to use the Page N of M feature because each invoice has a variable number of invoice lines as there are other note fields that may be on some invoices and not others. So an invoice line count is not the best way to go for us. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

You won't be able to sort using page n of m. I think the best you can do may be to insert a count on a recurring field and then do a group sort at the invoice level. I understand about the comments. You could do something like assign values based on the length of the comments field based on how many characters per line (before wrapping), e.g., you could create a formula like this:

if isnull({table.comments}) then
1 else
len({table.comments})/25 //25 characters before wrapping

Then insert a sum on this at the group level and then use it for the group sort feature. Might get you close anyway.
