Sort group by rank from a formula

I have a production report that is grouped by teams of employees. There is a MTD production percent for each employee within the team group. How do I sort the production percent in descending order for each team group based on the formula?

You need to provide the contents of the formula. I'm assuming you've tried to use topN and found that the formula is not available?
