Sort Desc by Field that is formula HOW? 1

Guys,
I am figuring this out but I have to present it by 11am and I doi not work good under time pressure,
so here I go:
Acess Report that have to be sorted desc by field that is formula :
=IIf(IsNull(Sum([Employee Name])),"",("$" & "" & Sum([Employee Name])*250))

How do I do that?

The only solution I have would be to do the calculation in a query, and sort by that field. Then use the query as the Record Source for your Report.
