Hello forum.
We have something strange going on.
When we are dialing the numbers from outside we are getting the message "Sorry your call was not completed. Please hang up and try again."

But I can do any outbound calls and any inter-office calls including voice-mail checking.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a Telco problem. I am not aware of a NVM recording like that.

They sware that it is the problem with our equipment.
We opened the tech support issue with our PRI provider. After some time they told me that technitian ran some tests and it seems to be the problem with our equipment.

Can somebody explain me what their test could be?

It was a TELCO fault.

Yuri,

Rule number one when dealing with Telcos. It s never their fault.

Rule number two. It still isn't their fault.

Three. When they are "troubleshooting" and things just start working. It wasn't their fault, they didn't fix it. You must have fixed your euipment while they were testing.
