Sorry, this has probably been answered, but keyword search is down...

I have a report where I have joined a main table and an activity table which shows letters that have been sent out to registrants.

The report is based on a query, which joins the tables so that all records from the main table show. However, I am getting activity results on registrants that are incorrect. Most records should only have one activity shown, but several have more than one (which are not actually listed in that record's data).

I hope this is making sense and that one of you can bail me out. Thanks!

Is your joined field a unique field in your master table?

Yes, it is a unique field in both tables.
It is an autonumbered ID field in the master table, and a lookup field from the master table in the second table.

Thanks for responding! :)
