Sorbs Problems

Got a client that got listed at Sorbs. I've been through the traditional removal procedures, but no response from them AT ALL.

The server is well protected - behind a firewall, Symantec SMTP anti-virus/spam gateway, fully patched, etc. I've been through all the logs during the "suspect" period and found nothing unusual.

Anyone have any other suggestions or have similiar problems? Their Web site ( seems to be having problems.
