Soquete error!!

I've installed DB2 on my computer recently.
The instalation process went fine with no error messages.
The problem is that when I try to use any of the applications, a error message (displayed bellow) appears!!

[IBM][JDBC Driver] CLI0616E Error opening soquete. SQLSTATE=08S01


Could anyone give me a hand??
