Sophos Inactive on Client

Hi all,

I have a problem with Sophos on one of my clients. It generated this error:

Loading SAVI returned the error 0xa004022d: One of the files in a split-virus data set could not be located.

And now Sophos is inactive on the client.

I have tried a reboot, tried a reinstall of Sophos and restarted the service for Sophos but still no joy.

Your suggestions please!!

Just to let you know I overcame this problem.

I had to uninstall Sophos, remove the Program Files folders and all the registry keys.

After that I reinstalled.
