Sopho supervisor Sv 25,ergoline 330

I have a few questioins on my sopho is3000.

1.Is there a way to program tone dialing on SV 25 ?
2.Caller id on SV25 shows-off only after answering the call(!!)
3.Ergoline D-330-4 canot redial from caller list because it doesn't includes prefix (0) at dial out.
4.Why time doesn't changes at daylight savings ? In fact i cannot change system time at all.
5. How can i backup sopho mac manager/sys manager 410 in case of a hd failure? Does ghost works whithout need off reinstall all software and software keys?

no need just press the pb or pa again and it should be active

You need to prgram this is the system, how depends on the software release.
