Sopho antiroot kit results

I have tried out the Antiroot kit mentioned in another post and I get the following warning, on one machine.
SARK said:
Failed to flush drive \\.\C:. Registry scan may produce invalid results.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Anyone know why this might be

I suspect that there is a temp file being held open. Are all programs closed? I ran into this problem, too. Turned out that I have a program that runs in the background and holds some temp files open.

You may want to get a backup before running Sophos antirootkit, I've already read one report where it is very likely the tool caused a pretty nasty registry corruption.

I really wasn't impressed one bit by Sophos anti-root kit the two times I ran it. IMO RootkitRevealer is much better for what it does.
