sopho accent phone set, DTMF not working

Please help, all of my Sopho Accent telephone set cannot dial thru DTMF, i already activated from asfacm: FCM=58 for tone dialing but still not working while in other tel set as okay,, any other special setting need to do.???

I think thats verry old sets. Have they the latest softwareversion?
Please tell on what Port the Set is and how is the port programmed.
Whatfore you need the DTMF?, for outgoing or internal calls?
