SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Template

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of a SOP template (MSWord, Word Perfect, etc.) floating around on the web? Our organization is growing and I want to document some procedures that are already being practiced (new procedures as well).

I'm just not sold on the current format of the document. I'm also not sure if this is the correct forum (or website) for this post, but I figured I'd get some great feedback from all of you smart guys/gals )
