SOP - One Time Shipping Data -vs- Stored Data 1

Is there a way to enter a ship to on the Order with out adding it to the customer address file. I was also wondering the same about the shipping method. I see that the data is stored in the SOP30200 table, but I don't see direct access to it on the Sales Transaction Entry Screen.

I am trying to get a better understanding of GP. No need to change it, just looking to understand it fully.

yes, hit the expansion next to the customer ID on the sop form.

in that screen hit the expansion next to the ship to address ID and modify the ship to address in that screen.

Modifying this expansion window only modifies the data on the sales order to which you are attached to. It does not modify the address master attached to the customer card.
