Go to Sony's website, and put your VAIO Make and model number in (under Support).. That will get you all of the information about the computer.
This is the closest I can get you without knowing if it's a desktop and what the model number is. But, I do know they have some good information there (as I've been helping a friend with her VAIO for a while now).
