Hi! I am working on a Dye-Sublimation printer for the local hospital that is giving me fits!!! It starts to print, then stops and gives a "Sequence Error 68" as well as a paper jam (Mecha error 5A). After rebooting, the jammed page comes out, but it has a crease on it. Also, the machine is cutting the ribbon. It doesn't appear to be torn, as it is cut in a straight line. I purchased the Service Manual, but it is of no help. Sony is not willing to offer any help either, they just want me to ship it to a repair center. Does anyone have any ideas??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and have a nice day!!!

Have a nice day today, and a better day tomorrow!!!
