Sony trinitron 17" Multiscan 200SX need driver

NEC 233 Mhz with Sony monitor. Used restore disk after cleanup from virus. Video driver did not restore properly. Have downloaded sonyminf from Sony site, no difference. Only 16 color or monochrome. The current driver is S3 Inc ViRGE/DX PCI (documentation calls for CPD 200SX as the driver) any advice is appreciated.
