Sony tablet does not connect to Wi-Fi using Belkin Modem

Hi
I have a SONY tablet S. Its using Android Ice-cream sandwich.
It connects to internet using other android devices Wi-Fi, but does not connect uwing my Modem Wi-Fi. If it connects after many attempts, no site opens and it disconnects very soon.
My Modem model is Belkin F5D763-4.
Any ideas??
