We are using these drives(2) daisy-chained from a single Adaptec 2930 controller. Randomly, when mastering these images to the local hard drive, we get a complete status after anywhere from 83 blocks to 500 blocks, when there are well over 1million blocks on a full disc. We re-run the job, and it runs to completion. Any ideas why? It doesn't seem to matter which drive, it happens randomly on both drives.
