Can any one tell me where to get the drivers for the sony PCG-717/719 laptop video drivers, the owner does not have the media or info on the device itself, nor does Sony thier website does not include these or any drivers for this system, if anybody knows the make of card that would be great.

Sony PCG-719 Latop Video Drivers

Wow. That is a tough one to search out! Usually, I don't try to locate drivers for people, but I felt your pain on this one!!
Spent some time on this, and all I can come up with is that the video is neomagic MagicGraph 128. It seems that there are different versions of this card, and I don't know which one you have. If you could find a driver that incorporates the V, ZV, ZV+, and the XD, then you should be doing fine. Otherwise, you may have to use good ol' trial and error to figure out which one you use!!
If you go to you will find that a free registration will allow you to search for drivers. Then look for neomagic. Selecting "drivers found" provided me with a whole array of drivers that may do the trick.
