Hi just a farly simple question really.
We ahve just got a new server with a Sony DD4 Autoloader, We use a daily backup routine, with all data going onto a single DDS4 tape. We wanted the magazine to rotate the tapes daily and spit out the tapes that had been written that day/last night.
Can it do this? I am guessing not as it would have to spit out the whole magazine anyway.
Not a very user friendly device and sod all doucumentation provided with it.
Does anyone have any experiance with these devices?
