I have set up 2 identical Dell laptops to connect to our Server using sonicwalls VPN client. One laptop works fine and the other laptop will not go back "on-line"
Our users need to be able to access our network drives while traveling. The procedure that we use is:
- Log onto the internet (either via dialup or highspeed)
- Start a Sonicwall VPN connection
- double click the offline PC icon in the tray and let the PC sync to the server
After that we are able to browse the network drives and access the exchange server. Sometimes the user has to re-authenticate on the server.
But for some reason, the one PC will not sync to the server and thus never goes back "on-line". I compared all of the setting between the PC that works and the one that doesn't and can't find any differences.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Antonio
