Sonicwall TZ100 for IP Office VPN Phones

I have followed the Global Tech Tip 190 that Avaya puts out for the IPSEC tunnel but that's all Avaya gives you. Does any have a document or quick explanation for the NAT policy, Firewall rules, and anything else needed on the Sonicwall side? It would have been nice if they gave you the complete setup instructions. Thanks in advance.
