Sonicwall Tele3 VPN problem

I wonder if anybody can help. For the last two firmware releases of sonicwall, we have had the following problem. When I have updated the firewall, then our remote notebook users cannot pass through. On the log, the following error is noted "Tunnel terminates inside firewall but proposed local network is not inside firewall". If I go back to a previous release - all is well. I owuld log this directly with Sonicwall, but thier help page doesn't seem to accept UK phone numbers!
