SonicWall SOHO VPN setup

Hi,

Anyone setup a SonicWall SOHO/10 VPN? I have a SonicWall at work and a WinXP machine at home using their client V8 software. But are using highspeed internet connections. I am having a difficult time getting this to work. I have read the manuals cover to cover, but not too much makes any sense. It just can't be this hard. To me I would think that you would set the SonicWall up and then set the client to match. But the settings on the client software does not match the setting on the SonicWall. I have doubled checked with SonicWall and I have the right software. I just need the basic setup for both, I can then move on.

If you have old SOHO/10 with firmware 5.x you need to follow the instructions in SW site just for your firmware version, not the other one for 6.x version.

Should work perfectly.

You have purchased/installed/registered the VPN-package for SonicWALL ?
