SonicWall Pro and Nortel Contivity VPN problem

I am trying to set my Pro 300 to work with a Nortel Contivity. We can get the connection established if the Nortel end starts it, but if I try to establish the connection from the SonicWall end it gets hung up on Phase 2. We both have a static IP. Once the connection is going, I can send data find. The problem is, I (the SonicWall end) am the one that must initiate the conection.

Help!!
