Sonicwall Down

I have a Sonicwall firewall which is plugged into my hub for the POS system. This sonicwall seems to have failed or lost the program. I can't process credit cards over high speed.Is there a way to bypass the firewall to allow for processing? I have already tried to unplug from the hub and remove the default gateway...
