This is a brainteaser ;-)
I need to do the following :
I have an NT 4.0 Domain residing within a Novell Network. In the NT4 Domain I have 20 Servers with MF XP 1.0 FR1 without a Novell client. I am not allowed to touch these servers. There is one self-written and some standard published application on these servers.
Now I have to build Servers with W2K, MF XP 1.0 FR2, Novell client and some other standard apps.
My clients are primarily OS/2 clients with Novell client.
Now the brain-teaser :
I want to (and need to) take the Novell client away from the OS/2 clients and let them connect to the new servers. Once a session is built up I want to give the users an icon with which they can access the self-written application on the "older" NT servers. This in itself is not a problem. The problem arises trying to implement single sign-on, so that users only have to log-in to the W2K servers.
As the first login starts with Novell, the User information is kept in Novell format which presents a problem with logging onto the NT4 servers via single sign-on.
Has anybody tried this before or has any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance,
Peter
