Something strange

I have had two things.

A user was typing an e-mail and the from section of the e-mail showed a different user and not the user who's mailbox it was who was typing the e-mail.

We use exclaimer to copy e-mails to various users. However, one user has his e-mails copied to another, but certain other e-mails copy twice even though the other user is not copied in and there are no rules set up.

Any idea's
