Something recently broke my CCR Tree from dialing an ouside number from Auto Attendant BCM 50 3.0

So I have the easiest AA configured with no greeting recorded until the CCR menu recording. I press 1 for transer to External number using Route, I have Press 2 going to an internal set over intercom, and I have press 3 going to General Delivery mailbox. Has always worked until recently.
So, when you call and press 1, it says "one moment please" as expected, followed by a sound and comes back and says some generic line like "the party is not available to take your call".
If I watch BCM monitor, I see the DN of Voicemail grab a line from the PRI Pool and it flashes up, and goes away in about a second. That is when the Call Pilot returns that bogus greeting.
So forwardin is not working to external numbers. I have allow redirect on the VM application DN, and this used to work fine.
so far trouble shooting I loaded the latest Smart Updates for Server and Desktop as well as review all settings. All other CCR menu options work as they should.
Is the Carrier VOP IP PRI causing this, is Call Pilot having a Bug? any help is appreciated.

Never heard of that greeting before.

Check your routing, try forward a set using that route and #.

I tried using a "closet set" by taking a spare Analog Station port and set forward all to the external number. From inside the office it works like a champ, just dial the DN of the closet set and it works. But if I call and use the Auto Attendant Greeting Table that uses CCR tree 1, and press 1 to get the Closet Set, it does the same. I will get the exact wording for you, but this call is staying in the BCM voicemail, and it is not a message from another source. Just like the orginal issue, I see the call get dialed, it disapears in an instant and I get this message. If I hang on the line, it goes to the CCR menu again.

Have you recently changed carriers? If internal calls forward but external will not, its likely your carrier does not allow calls to go out with a caller id that's not on your PRI. The Bcm tries to forward the inbound caller id out the transferred call, thus its a number that is not yours. You will need the carrier to change this.

I think you are right, and we did just change carriers. This would explain why I see BCM Monitor place the call, and then wham, gone. I am calling Windstream next.

Norstarboy125, "closet set" is pretty much a phone dedicated to be forwarded to an external number. So, you can take a physical set and put in the closet or server room etc and keep it forwarded, so if anyone ever dials that extension, it forwards.
On BCM, there is internal Analog extension ports that can be used the same way, but no phone needed. You use up the port, so it is still dedicated, but no phone is needed. Ideally I get the auto attendant to forward for my case and I am back to normal.
