I have a customer that has an IPO R5 at three locations, one site has extensions numbers that are in the 100s, another site with 200s and the last with 500s. They have a quite a few employees that will press 9 out of habit to get outside line, even though they want to call an extension, then press somewhere between ext 111 and 119...Getting 911. Is there a way to change what they dial to get an outside line to something else, Maybe 8???
