Something like EXCEL

Does anybody know how to show cell-style, like EXCEL, in a browser with WEB-FOCUS command. I've kinda heard about that from somebody but I'm really not sure what it is...
I just can say this should not be EXCEL.

I'm not sure exactly what you are after - but try this.

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT MODEL
BY COUNTRY
ON TABLE SET ONLINE-FMT HTML
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, GRID=ON,$

END

My words were not enough. The thing I meant is not only showing data but also inputable data.

You are not being clear about what you are asking. Try simple words or an example.

Still not completely sure of what you are asking, but my guess would be that you should be looking into WebFOCUS Maintain.

Maintain is used for updating databases. Is this what you are trying to do, or are you looking for some type of way to use an excel type layout for record selection?

Could you tell me some type of way to use an excel type layout for record selection, which you mentioned, if you don't mind, gizzy17.

It would just be an html table with each cell containg an input box.

Also, now that I think about it, if you are trying to show a different type of border around each cell for a report you could use css style sheets to change the border properties, or you could put in your focus style sheet
