Is there anything in alarms that says for sure D channel down?

I'm doing some tweaking with SNMP traps and I can't find anything that says for sure it's down. If that trap is in there, it's hiding from me.

For the BCM Under Administration>Telephony Metrics>Trunk Module Metrics The D-Channel status should be "000 ACT" if it reads "No TEI" It's down

I need something in alarms. I don't believe the BCM will report an SNMP trap based on what is in Trunk Module Metrics. If you have a way, please let me know!

I should also specify BCM 400 with 4.X and BCM 450 with R5 & R6
