Somebody experienced THE Router Sim3

After a lot of reading i would like to practice on a real set of router... (yeah, keep on dreaming).

So, I heard about that there exist a Cisco Router Simulator (RouterSim 3), is there anybody outthere with some experinece with this SIM? Is it any good ?

When you are running the SIM, is it possible to upload also anothe Cisco IOS? just like as a real router??

I have router sim ver 2 and I think its a great for practice. You should really get a router an get the hands on. Good Luck!!! Jeter@LasVegas.com
