Some web pages on IE knock me offline

Just lately, I've tried to get on a few websites and I believe it's my browser that knocks me offline. It's as if it tries to get there, and BAM! (sorry, Emeril, but I had to use your line) I'm offline. Not all sites, but a few. Just started doing this. I have IE 6.1.

I'm a Comcast Cable subscriber. I tried today to go to

http://www.mycheckfree.com

and

http://www.silverqueen.com

just a moment ago and the same thing happened.

Okay, folks, I just tried those websites after I changed browsers (went to Netscape). Does this type problem ring a bell?

Did you have the same problem with Netscape or were things ok then?

If you have the same problem with both browsers, then email your ISP about it, its probably a problem their end.

If you didn't have any problems with Netscape, then try repairing IE and see if that helps. Adam
