Some VGMC channels are not registered 1

Hello, anybody has seen this issue . All devices (Signaling Server, Media Card & Call Server) are Release 4 with the lastest Dependency List . After MC32 (as Follower) get all IP parameters , then when I type "stat 1" on the Call Server, it show this status :

looks like a problem common to every 4th channel.. check hardware common to that.. with a current dep list it would seem to be hardware.. that's a strange case, wish i was on site on that one.. no one here has posted a simular problem

Ok , I will try to unistall all patchs on MC32 and Signaling Server, because I never saw this problem .
I did the installation over other MC32 yesterday with similar issue, I tryed to reset the DSPs ports by CLI access on the MC32 but didn't work . I will tell you updates about this.

You are using G.723 codec. When you use this codec, the MC32 card will only have 24 DSPs available. Your card is working fine. If you want all 32 to be available, you will need to start using G.729 or G.711. G.723 uses extra processing resources and that is why only 24 are available. I believe it does say this somewhere in the IP Line documentation. The only time I used G.723 was when I couldn't setup calls properly to a Nortel BCM using G.729. I am sure there are other reasons as well but it is rare to see someone using G.723.

That's Right ! , thanks TEEKOW. That was the reason about to have only 24 ports. I thing is rare to use this codec too, but here there are some places with not enough bandwidth to use G.711 or G.729 between branch Offices. Anyway now my problem was fixed .
