Some Users Not Showing in Corporate Directory

Hi All,

We're using CCM 4.1 and Unity 4.0. We have the Corporate Directory enabled and have no problem accessing it from any of our phone sets. However, some of the users in CCM/Unity are not showing up when we do a Corp. Dir. lookup on the phone. I've made sure that the "List in phone directory" option is enabled in Unity for the users that aren't showing up. I'm not sure what else to look at. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The Corporate Directory in the phone and the Directory Handler in Unity are 2 seperate databases. If a Phone User doesn't have a Voice Mailbox in Unity, he won't be in the Directory Hnadler database. Also, if a Unity user doesn't have a recorded name, ie. the mailbox was never initialized, it won't show up in the Directory Handler database either.

make sure you have added the user in CM. that is how they show on the corp dir on the phone
