Some unique problem with Win2k

Hi Friends ...
i have a problem with my machine ....
since a last few days thers a file named user.dll on my machine in the C drive .....
now the thing is whatever i type from the keyboard , from any application is saved in that dll ...... hey and this include all my passwords also !!!!!!
now the greater part of the problem - even if i try to delete the dll ..... it gets deleted and after some seconds it agin appears back ....
i am not ably to understand what is happening ...
i checked my friends machine who has win2k installed .... he does not have this dll ......
is this so coz i have installed IIS
