Just looking for some advice, as we all are, every time we post right?

I have a customer who had a very old Samsung system and we replaced it with an IP Office and a couple of DS8/ATM cards. Small system. Every thing seems to have been working great for a month, but now they are complaining that they are dropping calls at random. Not all the time, but enough to notice it. Inbound and outbound calls drop. I can dismiss some of it as poor cell connections from users, as they communicate with a lot of contractors who are onsite. But I want to make sure its not anything else. I know the IPO is a bit more sensitive to line noise, etc. I am having a hard time isolating the exact issue. There are 4 analog lines in hunt. The first line is also a DSL line. My next step is probably getting Chronicall on trial and seeing if I can track cradle to grave, but I wanted to run things by you guys to see if anyone has any other suggestions are far as perhaps analog settings? Orginally the 4 lines were in the first card, which had a V2 trunk card. The second trunk card is a V1. I moved the lines from card one to card two, but the issue is still there.
