Some tips needed for the MIVS card 1

Hi gurus,

I am having some issues in my newly installed MIVS.
The card is installed and configured however when I dial the ACDN for AWU and DND it gives the announcement that "This service is not avalible" . BGD port has been configured and connected RAN routes for AWU services are already in use ..... no idea what further I should test .... !!!

How your AWU routes are configured? If type AUD, access when dialing is not possible, only accessible by using the AWU feature
